Why PR at all? I mean if this is such a gold mine ( so to speak ) and " folks w deep pockets and long term minded hold most of the shares, why not just let the filings do the talking going forward? If its a " long term " play , what purpose does a "pr a minute" policy serve?

Liquidity for newly off restrict shares?
