I wonder if Conboy will have Eco buy another subsidiary in NY or NJ..he could then move back to east coast and run that subsidiary as the Eco sales channels and let the CA based subsidiary die or go stagnant...its the CO based corporate entity that holds the pubco...they would have enormous debt left in the CA company and maybe file that entity for bankruptcy? Somehow in the end Conboy will screw someone or something over to advance his position. I imagine he has looked at every angle on how to drop the debt on the CA residents, tax payers etc and he simply head back to his homeland in the East. A r/s doesn't rid him of his gigantic accumulative debt(millions)..anyone know how state to state entities are run and if bankrupting a CA corp and moving east with the CO pubco would work?
