Hi Sizzleweed. Due to past histories with ECDC , there is no way to know what's the actual number of students being served, as in use, past or present. This number would give so many indicators. We know texted ads ( main means of profit) are supposed to be attached to each text transmitted. And head count of students actually using tells more than numbers of school districts under contract. No significant money comes thru that we have been made aware of without one thing. That is the 4 x / day text of one students transport/ bus status , with the ad component attached.
I am delighted if many contracts for one year or five year potential use are being agreed to. But this product has a multifaceted series of successful steps before that dollar is produced. That head count is what comes closer to legitimizing the baseline starting point. If we had that, I would not be concerned that a school district will be using 5 buses or 500. Plainly, my district has upwards of 250,000 students with tons of advertising potential( not that we use Student Connect) , while a small rural district may plan to serve a few hundred. Yet each district weighs in as one single District under contract. I hope that makes concrete
Sense when comparing actual income. We do not have any inclination as to dollars being processed nor the actual potential thereof.
