Ibox is not correct. This has an A\S of 6 Billion per the WY SOS. They can keep the 600 Million listed on OTC as long as they like but the state where they are domiciled in requires them to have the A\S in the correct ammont. Also the are still listed as being located in AZ and not in FL per OTC.
