fly, I have to agree with that. But I remember reading somewhere that he/they (Estrella, Johnson) were going to be "part-time" from mid-2014 forward? I'll resist the jokes about part-time and simply say that maybe he stays until March 2015 to signoff on the next 10-K and then he's gone?
No need to wait until then, but that sounds like a clean cutoff to me, if that's how it's going to happen, if it does.
