It is a rather peculiar situation I agree. There must be more than meets the eye for Avanzar to give us control of their company for only, what was it 30something % ownership? with options for more..

There must have been more promises made (imo) for that to fly..

But we control Avanzar regardless..

For gosh sakes QUIT FEEDING THE TROLLS.
