Richie, no I did not see this story, but about 1 month ago saw similar story in another India paper. Sort of confusing, like they have no real tech info on Meters. yet WM said they submitted a complete proposal. Strange. Even if this is different State, I would think there would be some sharing of info between the 2 state governments. This is somewhat worrisome. Sounds like this part of the government does not even know they already exist. Am I reading all, this wrong???
