Note holders have expressed concern that GTAT / Apple agreement would be giving up significant legal claims with the first agreement.

Are they playing good cop, bad cop to get Apple to cough up more $$, I wonder?


Now My question for today is that if it is proven that Apple did not complete power supply requirements of this facility then do you think that apple should be responsible for all this mess in the Mesa and GTAT?
