As a great QB stated everybody RELAX!!!
The person coming over could have be here already, the NR stated before Thanksgiving, or not.
This still is going to be a long process. Gathering info, than checking the info out. If it checks out than try to come up with an offer, Than the back and forth on the offer. Than the write up with the contract with both sides attorney's getting together.
However this is still a good thing happening LBSR is still closer to putting a deal together.
