Oh please. Stephen Lumb has been doing this same thing for a decade. I've seen it tried at least two dozen times. Anyone following these things for any length of time can confirm.

This is just musical chairs and a way to rid insiders of those pesky retail shareholders competing on the bid and a way to abandon a dirty shell.
