And that they are still "in negotiations" with the bigtime engineering firm. Slowly backing away from that one too...

What about the 2014 AGM??? No mention of the spill or DEC-mandated cleanup efforts either.

Millions of shares still need to be sold by promoters. They needed a bit more than that. Unfortunately they'll be waiting until April/March for the next update.
