Pretty much 99.9% of all penny turd CEO are con/scam artists. The problem with Delmar is that he seems to be at the highest level of the Scam artist totem pole with companies that shift very fast from copper to trips and his perimeter for the things that he is willing to do seems to have no boundaries within the limitations of the law.
