LOL. Crime. Look no further than the numbers and you can easily see who is deeply entrenched in the grey area. It's not necessarily a crime, it's just business as usual in OTC land. Now that the Visser fiasco is behind them the finger can only be pointed to one source for the real problem. And, I think it's high time for LQMT lotto ticket holders to direct their energy at that real problem. And quit squibbling about how RSM can't get enough product sold and revenues generated because someone else is holding them back. Although those type of enabling excuses are pretty normal in Murica these days.

Meanwhile even in the murkiest of financial times and dismal revenues versus expense, management seems to have been handsomely rewarded for whatever they do. Whereas if this were a mom and pop, some small struggling business owners may have had to tighten their belts and survive on Ramen noodles until they righted the ship. Because they really couldn't afford to pay themselves.

As for the 200 to 500 million payday, I would hinge my hopes on that happening only if someone where interested in buying the IP. Now I still believe that could be possible someday, but, I don't know how to value the IP. Those figures seem toppy, or could be way high. I honestly don't know. Using your numbers, it would probably be a .40 to $1 per share lotto win should it happen. I think the large shareholders would be happy with that? That's 2+ to 6 times the current value. Much of management who own lots of shares would walk away with millions as well. Hey man, I am gonna be bullish today for you guys based on that remote possibility.
