When we sat with him, he told us a little bit about this opportunity. Didn't name any names. Just said that it would bring in close to 2 mill revenue and the company had 250k cash in the bank.

He said the only reason he is thinking about acquiring them would be for the opportunity to sell our Juice through the already established connections this company has!

More Eliquid sales which are VERY PROFITABLE to us!

I hope they can reach a favorable purchase price agreement. It seems like a great opportunity for us!
