NOVEMBER FAQ PMX Company Update
TO: Shareholders and Interested Investors
about us:

PMX Communities Inc. as a precious metals incubation company had a vision to build an American-made gold dispensing terminal. The MGIV gold machine was launched and successfully tested, and it is continuously being technologically updated to enhance the next version of dispensing terminals. PMX continues to build newer versions of our machine hoping to bring innovative products to today's consumer. The newest version of the MGIV is the LXIV BUD BOX terminals. One of which will be a hybrid-cannabis model that will incorporate non -THC products found in head shops with cannabis infused goods that enhance the client's MJ and MMJ dispensary experience making smoking pipes, papers, screens, and vaporizers readily available in a terminal located inside dispensaries. The paraphernalia terminal dispensing non-cannabis products only will launch shortly and will be a combo of not only of pipes, papers, screens, but aromatherapy products, incense, candles and other eco-friendly items as well.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1.Why is there always delays in your updates?
PMX Communities, Inc. is a fully reporting company listed on the OTCQB. Every update is reviewed by counsel and many versions are redlined and tweaked so that we stay fully compliant to regulations about releasing news and updates.Whilst we anticipate when we submit the updates that they will be cleared oftentimes it may take a few days or even a week because we are very transparent with our shareholders and want them to know as much about the company as permitted.

2.Why did you file a schedule 14C?
PMX filed a schedule 14C in anticipation of the growth of the public company. The company had authorized 100,000,000 shares and the board felt it was time to increase the authorized shares for the future. A preferred class of shares was also instituted again for the future. None of the shares were given to any new shareholders or groups or for any acquisition purposes as stated in the 14C. The proxy documents were mailed once they were printed and details are all in the mailings for all shareholders to read. The process is still ongoing and a few more steps before we have increased the authorized.

3.The message boards have gotten nasty and what are you planning to do to quiet the postings?
We know people like to think we control everyone and everything but while it is annoying to read trash talking when we work very hard at the company 6 days a week we cannot. When people use pseudonyms and just spew out nothingness we assume most shareholders just stop reading their nonsense. Some message boards and investing communities do have value and good information. We suggest investors look into doing research on all their investments and when it comes to PMX to contact us directly. It is not in our best interests to focus on individuals who have no knowledge of the operations at PMX.

4. How are you planning on launching the vacationer boxes and when?
Last week we were in NYC interviewing and brainstorming with a public relations group who launch branded products and alcohol. We have a clearer cut visual of how this will be blanketed in certain regions and will be continuing our discussions in the next week. It is a new concept and our kits will be great gift items as well and sold to all retailers where it is permitted.

5. What about the pmxpot.com site? What happened?
PMX Communities, Inc. watched all these public companies just overnight become cannabis experts. Even in our own town of Boca Raton, Florida there were so many experts opening shingles and companies that it was very concerning that many of them had nothing but a website. We purchased many domains and the website is being developed to represent the high moral standard that we adhere to at the company. The domain name is not the important part but the content we present has to be compliant and properly available to buyers of appropriate age only. The website will be the e-store for our products not cannabis products. Our gold e-store did quite well until the demand for gold subsided so we are pleased with the developer of our site.

6. Who is AirVend and what is so important about the reader on a terminal? Doesn't it only read credit cards?
Yes, it is AirVend who supplies the terminal card reader but they are an android-based touchscreen that was designed to develop content services as well. Originally featured to operators for advertising and nutritional information for the consumer but the solutions are available for us to develop our own software suites that can directly link to government databases and make our machines user friendly and compliant to state regulations in the territories we are targeting.

7. What are we waiting for? Why no Bud Box terminal yet? I was at a cannabis show and saw lots of vending machines & don't see
yours as anything special?

Ours is very unique and there is no comparison to any of the newer drug machine kiosks entering the marketplace or the older chip versions. The BudBox has 2 computers not just LED screens. They are both wifi enabled and advertising revenues are available for the owner on both touch screens. The BudBox is a plug and play terminal where once plugged in has state of the art technology on both computers. The MGIV was developed for gold bullion and the security for the dispensary or owner meets high standards because of this design. We do not choose to gallivant around to all the MJ shows every weekend because we have partners doing their research and we are only a delivery system for the end user when it comes to cannabis. Our channel partner is probably the most unique in the industry and we will press our relationship in the near future as they are still negotiating our distribution channel. As for the company first BudBox it will be coordinated with the website launch shortly. If we wanted to launch a simple chip cannabis machine to get press like others it would be easy but we are cautious being too quick to market with such an innovative terminal. As we have seen, many boxes before us are just old garbage cans right now in dumpsters with no use so we will be in the market when the company feels it is the right.

8. People complain Merris Kott is a demanding tyrant on the boards and that she cannot run a company and is in it for herself?
Firstoff, her name is Meris so how much value can one give to those who misspell her name in all their posts. Secondly, she has never spoken to most of the people on the boards and when investors do call her or Mr. Perry, they make sure to speak to each one of them as this is a small developing company and they like to hear firsthand what shareholders think. They have been fully transparent since they arrived at the company in late 2012 and have never had an issue with any regulatory bodies ever. Recall, this new management arrived in May 2012 and built and designed a terminal in 6 to 8 months that was unique and appealing and had no issue in the marketplace of a crowed mall. This is a little over 2 years that they are with PMX Communities, Inc. and have done more than most companies do in 10 years on a very stringent budget. When people complain it seems like they have no business experience because most people in the industry think very highly of her intellectual abilities and grasp of the commercialization in the MJ, MMJ and gold industries and consider her a forward thinking brilliant lady. Meris works 6 days a week and most of the investments in the company are through her contacts and so to think she is self centered or has no skin in this company is rather peculiar thinking. When individuals suggest there has ever been any dumping of shares by any management during hers or Mr. Perry's tenor at PMX Communities, Inc. they are completely incorrect and only posting for what one can call shock factor. She has taken no compensation and Mr. Perry very little and so the opinions of many on the boards seem to be with very little information and little knowledge of what she is about and her background or experience in manufacturing as well.
