According to all of my shares in my account they have gone long term as the date of initial buying passed. Your account broker should know the conversion numbers of shares on each date. Example. I bought 1000 share of AAMRQ in Apr a year ago then this past Apr approximately 760 shares of AAL went long term. Those aren't exact numbers since they are only for an example.
