When reading the PR you have to be able to comprehend whether it is speaking in the past, present or future.

OBVIOUSLY the PR is speaking about FUTURE - desired events.

When read in the proper context, anyone should be able to determine that the BOD and Bill "will immediately resign" upon completion of the Spin Off.


It's really that simple. Nothing to be dazed and confused about.
