Being on board and in control as the CEO now is a big difference.I don't care what anyone says the man worked for free.He could have packed up and left like the past CEO walked but he stayed.

Maza pulled a deal togather to keep us a float and not bankrupt exactly where Pfizer was trying to take everyone. If you don't think that 2 million would have been huge one needs to rethink that cause that 2 million owed by Pfizer would have brought in many more millions in funding at a much higher pps alot less dilutuion.

Maza sure got fees payed/renegotiated that if not it would have canceled many critical agreemens.

Not only that but then we had to fund this ligation at a depressed pps causing more damage.I'm going to ride with the man and a year is not enough time and the major holders want him so its a mute point imo.

Shire may very well announce positive data before the r/s occurs and imho Pfizer settles cause if they don't as I stated many times before when Intellect gets a summary judgement Pfizer got serious problems for all past shareholder damages and again no way will this every see a full blown trial.

That r/s is not set in stone yet even though its heading in that direction. You get either of the 2 things I'm talking about to occur and it may very well change the course or amount of the r/s.

I said all along Pfizer wants Intellect. They just played dirty hardball business so anything is still possible.Either way the trend is heading up again imho.
