Will someone send the Chairman a calendar.

In looking at the SEC filings, which are not shown on IHub, I noted that the Company filed another 8-KA for a technical error with respect to their filing of the change in independent public accountants.

While this is not material to the Company's ability to make revenues, it does show the lack of care in preparing a report for the SEC. Who knows, what dates are ever correct when this company does a filing or make a contract.

For example in the most recent amendment item 4.01 to the Form 8K, the Company indicates that DKM was dismissed on 7/20 in the first amendment to the 8K, DKM was dismissed on 7/8/14.

A little later in the current filing item 4.01(a), DKM was dismissed on 7/9/14 while according to the first amendment to the 8K, was dismissed on 7/8/14.

WHen you get to item 4.01(b)(i), it must have been a very long board meeting as the most recent amendment says the Board meeting
was on 7/20/14 while the first amendment to the 8K says the Board meeting was on 7/14/14.

I still can not figure out where the date of July 25th comes from on the cover.

OH well, the Company did indee change their accountants and unlike the first quarter 10Q, the second quarter Q was clerically correct. Score one for the new guys.
