I haven't been through one yet and dot know but i would guess somebody on the following board would know investorshub.advfn.com/Reverse-Mergers-7308/ . Also, I believe somebody posted on the UNGS board within the last two days that they had been through one but I can't remember who that was.They may know as well.

Side Bar: I have been in many stocks that have RS'ed, two that were epic at 5000:1, but there is an art to playing those as well. This is all part part of the risk of being in a stock under .01. It amazes me all the people warning us of a forthcoming RS because they can happen any time at this level no matter how promising or solid the stock looks. I have also been in some that looked certain they were going into the Abyss and did not. It is part of the risk/reward of playing sub pennies and I would assume everybody here knows that risk already.
