They could. But, typically they sell in October to close out books and lock bonuses, etc. Market has been decent and probably not going to re enter until after the first of the year to protect the bonuses. Also depends if they want the positions on their books for their year end statements. If they don't disclose to clients, then it probably doesn't matter, but that's a different deal altogether.

MJ stocks are pretty beat down relative to the new highs this year. I would think some money should come into the sector in the next few months. Sooner the better and hopefully most tax loss planning is close to being finished.
