State of Utah issued a new title from numbers found on sale documents, after the judgement against Arcadia. The original title is in the true owners possession. Blackburn, with his history of equip theft, was aware of that. By the way, Panther, HOMELAND SECURITY has a written opinion on this, and I have access to that from an ICE investigator.
The second title does not change the fact that the rig was not bought from the rightful owner, but from somebody who knew of the Judgment of the rig to Mack and was a pal of Blackburn.
