I say more power to Joe. I'll chunk in a few Grand, but $1.25mm? That's risk. This craps out and Joe just bought a shell for $1.25mm plus the other debt just to get SKTO to this point.
I think, joe believes in the story potential and has not set up a funding deal as I have seen in a handful of his others.

And it cost money to go public? It's not free. I'm sure Joe is knee deep holding original debt. At .0002 x .0003, and super low volume, doesn't look like a homerun investment.
