That's the cut and paste part I was refering to in my other two post. My thought, it's simply another example of sloppy follow through on the part of both the person who completed the report and the person who signed it. As they have had to do in the past on other matters, I expect they will get around to making a correction once they realize they screwed up again on their lack of attention to detail.
