call your broker n ask how much fpfi you can buy with your own cash taking 100% of the risk yourself without filing anything.

post the answer your broker gives you



FACTUAL IS:

me or you or anyone who takes on 100% of the risk can buy n hold as many shares of FPFI as we want n NOT file anything as long as we dont want any votin rights or anything other then to own the shares.
