My understanding is that there was a loan provided in the form of stock ownership, recently that company (named in above document) sold their shares as always planed. This is a pretty common procedure in stock market trading. When those shares were sold it allowed for more shares to be available for trading. The sale did create a dip in the graphs this last quarter, which some investors do not completely understand.
The quarter we are currently in now continues to indicate steady growth with several long term share holders remaining.
All I see here is opportunity at SIPC, which is why I bought more share.imo
