You can't answer why VTXB : "On May 29, 2014, Vortex Brands executed a license agreement with Innovative Sport Brands, Inc. Vortex owns the intellectual property rights related to products licensed by the Company."

Why wouldn't VTXB execute a license agreement with Vortex tennis instead of with a company like Innovative Sport Brands, Inc. that NO one ever heard of ?

I'm not the only one who searched & couldn't find ANYTHING on Innovative Sports Brands Inc.

Yes, on May 29,14 VTXB "executed a licensing agreement " but does not say to sell Vortex Tennis LLC. products. It says the agreement was with "Innovative Sport Brands, Inc. & goes on to say Vortex owns the intellectual property rights.

I'm not a patent attorney, but I believe only "Vortex Tennis, LLC." is the only company that can make a license agreement to sell their products.

Hey, if I call you and make a license agreement with you to sell Vortex products, do you really think Vortex will sell me Vortex products at whole sale price so I can make a profit ?
maybe VTXB will sell a similar product that looks a lot like Vortex but made in China.

VTXB never made a deal with Vortex the Co.
