MJNA CEO materially participated in the mortgage fraud scheme.
MJNA CEO received compensation for his efforts in this fraud scheme.
If one cares to read a motion presented to the federal court......Woodard's Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Suppress.....Court denies on 7/28/2014.....why?
The court denied the motions because of the amount of evidence showing the crime in fact took place.
Not good for Michael Llamas.....he then got sick and nervous and his attorney's filed for an extension in the case.
The extension will only prolong the inevitable......the day MJNA's CEO get's taken into federal custody!
That will not be good for MJNA shareholders.....IMHO
