We got until the end of the year the way I figure it.The vote is the Dec 19th and most like 20 days after that if all (4) items approved.

My point I feel Pfizer settles and hopefully we get the Shire results which hopefully is positive. My thinking it will be positive since they changed it to 1/2 clinical trials Oct 24,14 from phase I.

Then if you look at the history of the last r/s.I might be wrong but the pps was .0005 x 50 which was .025 then it traded about .05 hitting and high of .18 if I remember right cause I paid .045 for shares around April/May 2012 before the breach by Pfizer.

You are correct most r/s do destroy common but I still say its a good reason for the court delays (timing) and I never seen a r/s take so long to acheive plus they even stated in the pre 14A filing it can be changed the r/s.

Who knows whats really going to occur.I don't and I doubt anyone else does except a few and they sure not saying.

The pps trend is up so I'm going to ride it out at this point.A market cap of just a little over 1 million is a joke considering the restructure that occured.2.1 million summer 2013 and 16.75 million summer 2014 wipeout. Not to mention 2 ongoing trials in phase II one by Pfizer the other Shire imho be way undervalued today.
