10-Qs are due to the SEC within 45 days of the end of each quarter. PLSB usually waits the full 45 days.
So, their next 10-Q is due 2/15, next 5/15, next 8/15, next 11/15 and so forth.
Since the winter quarters are not big in the cold beverage biz, don't expect to see much until the August 10-Q for the quarter ending June 30. In the past that has been their biggest sales quarter.
To illustrate, the December 2013 quarter showed only $201 thousand sales. Whereas, the June 2013 quarter showed $1.331 million in sales.
