What MNTR DID NOT announce:

Bhang motion to FORCE MNTR into arbitration was upheld.

Also, MNTR has filed suit to force return of the $621,200 in "credit default insurance" paid to someone somewhere to get a $35,000,000 loan from "Symbian Bank", a non-existent "bank" allegedly based in Ukraine.
