Hey BRY good to see y'all. Correct me if I'm wrong. That 1.25 million is going to be used to buy fpfi stock at a discount of 15%. Wouldn't that almost guarantee a higher stock price since the float is still less than a billion and the o/s is at 2 billion?

If I were JC I would be buying what I can now because the amount of buying pressure will increase as things progress causing JC to have to pay even more for those shares?
