Hi Neb, Any news at all on the delay? Every now and then it seems as if they (the DR) are moving toward a settlement, and then nothing. I can't blame the investors who are frustrated and it sure would be great to get some news (good news anyway). But as I have said before, the time to buy is when a stock is at rock bottom and the company doesn't seem to have a prayer of success. However, with DPBE we do know that there is treasure just waiting to be brought up! The pictures from some of the sites are incredible! Cannons, chain, ballast, etc., and that's just sitting above the sand! Just the thought of what's possibly under the sand is enough to make me a buyer. 300 bucks for a million shares? I'm in!
