My answer is Judge Sweeney, nobody else has the courage to say single positive sentence saying we will do whats right for the country and the shareholders who were promised they will retain value in future. All three Govt agencies are just pointing to each others and saying I am not the boss. I am too busy with my own agendas, who cares about whats good for property owners or constitution? I don't lay awake thinking about that :)
