You are all chasing after a shadow. First let me tell you that the Nelson's have just about alienated all there friends in Fountain Hills over MLCG. Second they are (MLCG) in serious financial trouble due to the 600k loan. They are not drawing the 50k a month anymore and are now in litigation with the lender. The lender (check the 10-Q terms of the loan) is now dumping shares as part of the agreement. Nothing but legal fees to come.

BTW the Pens are made over in China. Since when would you believe anything the Nelson's say. Out here in Fountain Hills they have no credibility anymore.
