It would appear they can. It is my understanding they can also change price by zip code. Anyway, here is what I did. Went to Medciare.gov > find a part D plan > Enter all info and under drug list entered V, L, and generic L The results are as posted. There might be more plans that are not showing up because they don't cover V, but I got a ton that did.Of course prices also varied by pharmacy, so I found the preferred providers for each plan. Here are some names: Envision RX - cheapest - Trans American, AARP, Express Scripts - one of most expensive, Silver scripts - also expensive. Maybe you should move to DE. It's a great place to live!
