It is TC's responsibility to return and upkeep the unit until it is returned ...
I doubt they are in default . TC and STWA must be working on the power supply system ....in this case they would not need a lease and there would be no money switching hands ...this would make the most since ... TC & STWA still have the
AOT hooked up and running no lease
Required !!! End result problem solved . Contracts to follow .

This is my explanation on why the AOT is still hooked up to TC's working pipeline ...
