IMO ERHC will need a farmout deal or financing prior to the issuance of the 10K to avoid a going concern opinion this year. That means we will know before Christmas.

Last year ERHC barely avoided a going concern opinion by closing the CEPSA farmout and by giving back the Chad blocks. Those two things relieved them of a $4 million liability and provided them with about $3 million in cash. We will see very, very soon if Ntephe can pull another rabbit out of his hat. If not, a going concern opinion is likely this year.
