DC....Proteomark Trademark by ProvistaDx is most likely for proteomics/biomarkers...William was using RCP Sentinel and then LC Sentinel for Breast, Ovarian,and Uterine cancer detection before the collaboration with Radient and it was then referred to LC Sentinel as a lung cancer test..PLS placed a TM after the LC Sentinel, but like "The Lung Cancer Test TM, they both were never registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office...Provista has a trademark for all of their pipeline cancer tests except for lung cancer test...We believe ProvistaDX through its proposed GCDX division will use the latest application, VIDESSA for that purpose..If that is the case, it will be early June before that trademark is free to use without opposition... Onko-Sure is more of an Asian type tradename that will most likely be used and maintained overseas for the use in over 13 type of cancer tests..Do you see any other purpose for the Videssa trademark by ProvistaDx? imo Wolf
