Your TDEY relationship? Hard to have a relationship when, by your own post, own zero shares of it.
Also, the yield sign attached can be accounted for by many variables. Late filings and such account for the greatest percentage as to why. I doubt your filing a complaint to the sec on a 0001 penny stock had any bearing on the yield sign going up. They have much bigger fish to fry---trust me on that.
You also say you have had meetings with Clark but are not a shareholder in his company. So you set up a meeting and took the time to meet with and quiz him over a company you have no stake in???? Damn, I should of been a lawyer.........
