Sides isn't the CEO. MJNA has none.

Sides is the Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Board, not the CEO.

MJNA hasn't had a CEO since Llamas left in Sept, 2012, and interim CEO Caligiuri left in Jan, 2013, and they won't hire one until Llamas' case is decided.

If he's not guilty, he'll return to the post, if guilty, they'll hire another.
