No it's not the same, as to what I posted earlier in the week.
12/23 is the actual date for the summons!!.
What's going down on 11/25, should be a MOTION DENIED but, we need to play the game!!.The court and Judge already motion the order in the plaintiffs favor!!.The new defense attorney is trying to block yet another attempt to delaying this case!!.
And I like how some are saying " good chance", which means they really don't know either!!. LLOLs
