FACT....79% of all people in this world suffer from a disorder called "Over Confidence Disease" or OCD.. It affects people of all ages but mostly people that play PENNY STOCKS. It is well documented in most medicine journals. NEVER SELLING knows that he is not affected by this disorder because he realizes that his IQ falls somewhere between 50 and 150....or that when TRTC finalizes there licenses there PPS will be between.. .01 and $50.00. There are so many variables right now there is no-way to really know what is going to happen.
