He's not a web developer.

But he is GM and VP of Operations.

AND Emerald Med Farms was supposedly being "acquired" by QEDN, not being created out of whole cloth by QEDN.

Are Makmann or Purdon web developers? Or was the site created by a service? And if so, shouldn't Amato have had the keys to the front door since, after all, QEDN was "acquiring" his company?

I have no sympathy for the Amatos. They were involved in an obvious scam at the expense of shareholders.
