My advice can be taken with a grain of salt. I already bet 2 times recently and got burnt both times. Perhaps I should have left my position open longer. We will soon find out.

In my case I need glaring evidence to counter the affect of seasonality and strong earnings. Perhaps the Republicans can stop Washington again? In politics anything can happen. That is always the wild card. If you hear of the Republican caucus looking to make the budget an issue again let me know.
