Can someone elaborate on what is occurring November 25th at the council meeting? Will there be talks about a reversal of the decision on the November 4th meeting? I am a bit confused. Will it be good news or bad news for FITX?

Sure. The County of Essex has no objections to the OPA 6 amendment, so at the Lakeshore town council on 25 November 2014, the amendment is formally signed and becomes effective.

That means that FITX's pole barn cannot be used to grow pot. The FITX parcel fails on numerous grounds in the OPA 6 amendment which establishes the zoning and other requirements for a MMJ facility in Lakeshore. Read my earlier post today on this for the particulars.

GAME OVER. No pot growing in "Bill's" pole barn. As the mayor said after the last Lakeshore town council meeting, the FITX pole barn "can be used to raise sheep or vegetables" - not marijuana.
