Isn't this "Dead Money" until the CEO decides to actually do something in regards to raising shareholder value?
Anyhow, I get that filing the financials on time and being current is a good sign. But still... it could be years before the CEO really wants to do something here. Right? Just askin'. Hey, I don't have years to wait around as boredom sucks.
