The float is half the total shares authorized as Ed owns them. The current share structure has been the same number for so long so you can't compare it to PEII. If MYEC's pps was going to suffer because of its share structure, it would have happened long months ago.

Ed mentioned at the AGM that no rs will happen. He also said that pps will grow into this ss. So far, he had proved he is working hard to accomplish this goal signing new deals and launching as early as Jan.
