LMAO, you are saying this is a current suit, and that Louis Porter is currently running Bayport?

That really is funny...as the suit, where Louis pleaded 'no contest' to quickly resolve the issue and save the company, is so old that no one even remembers it anymore. The only reason someone might even mention it is WHY??????? As to Louis Porter being involved in running the company that has to be ridiculous. How old is he now? I do remember calling the company many years ago and him answering the phone. We had great conversations, but he did not know much about the details of Bayport....in those days EXTO.
