My understanding is that Amato's have nothing to do with the website or how it's administered.

Well, that's a curious revelation.

Suppose I'm Amato. I'm going to grow marijuana in Mendocino County, CA and I'm identified as GM & VP of Operations on a website for a company that is being acquired by QED Connect. I'm named as President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director for this corporation registered in Nevada. I'm quoted in press releases regarding this company.

But now that the proverbial excrement has hit the proverbial fan, I reveal that, gosh, I've got NO control over the company's website.

I suppose next we'll learn that I never said anything I was quoted as saying in those PRs, and I didn't even create the entity registered in Nevada that names me in every position.

In fact, I'm starting to wonder if it was me that was answering questions on the video...

Or rather Amato. LOL
